2.1 Eligible for Return
- Products purchased directly from cyperglow.com
- Products in original, unopened packaging
- Products within 365 days of delivery date
- Products with proof of purchase (order number)
2.2 NOT Eligible for Return
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
- Opened or used products (except if defective)
- Products without original packaging
- Gift cards or store credit
- Bulk orders (10+ units of same product)
- Custom or personalized products
- Free samples or promotional items
- Products marked as "Final Sale"
3. RETURN PROCESS
Step 1: Contact Us

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (only if product is damaged)
Step 2: Receive Instructions
- We'll email you simple return instructions within 24-48 hours
- Include return address and any specific requirements
- We'll confirm what to include with your return
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Customer pays return shipping (except for defective items)
- Include your order number with the package
- We recommend using trackable shipping
- Ship to the address we provide
Step 4: Processing
- Returns processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
- We'll email confirmation once processed
- Refunds appear within 5-10 business days depending on payment method
4. REFUND AMOUNTS
4.1 Standard Returns
Once we receive your return:
- 100% refund of product price
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping is customer responsibility
4.2 Partial Refunds
Deductions may apply for:

- Return shipping
- Restocking fee

5. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Signs of abuse include:
