REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

2.1 Eligible for Return

  • Products purchased directly from cyperglow.com
  • Products in original, unopened packaging
  • Products within 365 days of delivery date
  • Products with proof of purchase (order number)

2.2 NOT Eligible for Return

  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
  • Opened or used products (except if defective)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Gift cards or store credit
  • Bulk orders (10+ units of same product)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Free samples or promotional items
  • Products marked as "Final Sale"

3. RETURN PROCESS

Step 1: Contact Us

Email support@cyperglow.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (only if product is damaged)

Step 2: Receive Instructions

  • We'll email you simple return instructions within 24-48 hours
  • Include return address and any specific requirements
  • We'll confirm what to include with your return

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Customer pays return shipping (except for defective items)
  • Include your order number with the package
  • We recommend using trackable shipping
  • Ship to the address we provide

Step 4: Processing

  • Returns processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
  • We'll email confirmation once processed
  • Refunds appear within 5-10 business days depending on payment method

4. REFUND AMOUNTS

4.1 Standard Returns

Once we receive your return:

  • 100% refund of product price
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is customer responsibility

4.2 Partial Refunds

Deductions may apply for:

  • Original shipping costs 
  • Return shipping 
  • Restocking fee

5. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

5.1 Damaged or Defective Products

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of damage
  • We cover return shipping
  • Choice of replacement or full refund

5.2 Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Marked as delivered: Not our responsibility
  • Lost in transit: We'll work with carrier

5.3 International Returns

  • Customer pays all return shipping and customs fees
  • No refund for customs/duties paid
  • Returns may take 15-30 days to process

5.4 Subscription Returns

  • Active subscriptions: Cancel first, then return
  • Prepaid subscriptions: Prorated refund available
  • Used subscription products: Not returnable

6. RETURN ABUSE PREVENTION

We monitor return patterns and reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns showing abuse patterns
  • Limit number of returns per customer
  • Ban customers for fraudulent returns
  • Charge restocking fees for excessive returns

Signs of abuse include:

  • Returning >50% of purchases
  • Returning used products as new
  • Reselling or commercial activity
  • Fraudulent damage claims

7. EXCEPTIONS BY REGION

  • 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases
  • Can return unopened products without stating reason
  • We refund including standard shipping costs

7.2 United Kingdom Customers

  • 30 days for faulty goods
